For Landlords we can undertakeelectrical certifications for properties, diagnostic work, electrical test inspections and PAT testing.
We offer a completely transparent pricing structure so that every client is fully aware of potential costs before work is undertaken, contacted for authorisation prior to commencement of additional work and updated at each stage of a job.

• Properties up to 2 bedrooms - £175 + VAT
• Properties with 3 bedrooms - £200 + VAT
• Properties with 4 bedrooms - £250 + VAT
• Properties with 5 bedrooms - £300 + VAT
• Remedial work for the first hour - £75 per hour + VAT
• Remedial work per hour thereafter - £70 per hour + VAT
