"Think Belgravia recently carried out extensive redecoration, carpentary (decking), tiling (showers), plumbing (shower valve and control units) and electrical works (safety certificate) at my 4 storey house off Northcote Road, Battersea SW11. Of the 4 tradesmen I asked to inspect and quote, one never called again, one took 2 weeks to quote and the 3rd quoted via 3 bullet points on email. Think Belgravia however followed up with a quote within an agreed 48 hours of the inspection and provided an itemised estimate of cost and time for each element of the job.
Oliver was extremely straightforward to deal with and very transparent around specific areas of the works which would require follow up work following initial appraisal. The renovation was carried out within our agreed 10 day estimate and per our agreed budget. I will continue to use Think Belgravia on all jobs going forward - the flexibility they afforded me on particular changes I decided upon through the job caused no problems at all and the continued attention to cleaninless and timekeeping thoughout the job was hugely impressive. Finally, having reliable tradesmen who will start as early as 07:30 and work through flat out to 18:00 (6 days per week) is a reflection of their commitment to quality workmanship and overall accountability - at both an individual and corporate level."

"I used Think Belgravia in March 2012 to undertake tiling and decorating work to my basement cellar as well as fitting an oak wood floor throughout my flat near Broomwood Road, SW11. I was recommended to use Think Belgravia by a friend and the work was undertaken within 4 days following an inspection and quotation about a week or so beforehand. They carried out the tiling and decoration andfitted the floor. The job was overseen from start to finish by Oliver. I'm extremely happy with quality of their work and have already booked Think Belgravia again to fitting some additional lighting in my kitchen and a fitted wardrobe in my second bedroom."

"Oliver at Think Belgravia installed a combi boiler at my first floor flat in Webbs Road, Clapham. As this is my first property and first boiler to be replaced, I was very concerned with the cost and prospect of problems happening again. Oliver was extremely knowledgeable about boilers and provided clear and objective advice as to what would be the most durable options with least amount of future problems as well as greatest supply of spare parts. The work was carried out in 2 days and Oliver disposed of all my old boiler material. I've had no problems with the boiler and recently had Oliver carry out an annual inspection and service for me.
